“Healing is not about becoming the person you were before. It’s about letting go of who you thought you were supposed to be, and becoming who you truly are.”

Hello, I am Katie and I’m a licensed clinical social worker. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field providing psychotherapy and emergency services. From these experiences, I am motivated by peoples’ abilities to persevere through hard times and strive towards bettering themselves, even when it seems impossible.

My specialties include stress and anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, sex and intimacy, and trauma. I work with individual adults and couples who are seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I also have a unique interest in the intersection of societal systems and trauma and offer a safe, non-judgmental space to work towards healing.
